Case Study: An eBook Online Business Plan

Success online depends on a plan, or more specifically a business plan. Often, in fact, many times in fact, customers contact a designer with a burning passion online and quickly on a new web site. Success with the churning of the Century, at 2:00 pm, Bug-i is more than waking up. You need to underline (and fill) an actual business plan and make adjustments before the official launch.

Citing an actual case for an online ebook business, I advised the interested entrepreneur to provide more information. Thinking through question and answer is an important step towards developing a good business plan.

Do you have a logo for your company?

  • If there is no logo, what color scheme do you like?
  • How many products (eBooks) would you offer?
  • Are they all written and ready to go?
  • Do you have cover art for your books?
  • Which system of e-commerce do you intend to use?
  • Will you just offer pdf or exe formats or both?
  • Do you have a domain, plus registration and hosting?
  • Do you have a launch launch date?
  • How many affiliate products do you have to offer?

Define what you do, your market, and how you intend to be different, are important ideas. You get only one chance to make a good first impression.

For an e-book online business, the competition is fierce and is full of some shadowy characters. When you start the planning process before jumping, first consider your image and then answer “How will I set up front reliability?” Weave it in your business plan and you should do well. Do not work before you think or you can only be considered as another online marketer.

In summary:

  1. Your image – is a great set of graphics to create a favorable effect for your corporate image. If you are in your budget, rent it.
  2. Establishment of credibility – Take the opinion of trusted people to give honest feedback about the first impression and reliability, good or bad.
  3. Plan – Profiles or templates are available online for free to make a business plan. Find one use it. Be flexible, and as you keep changing.

From the closing and experience, I know that many startup online entrepreneurs ignore the business plan. Except bits and bytes, it’s easy to sell online ebooks without physical inventory. Your chance for success will be better with an actual business plan.
